A company which posses a considerable amount of loyal customers will give that good public image that may attract more customers.

More ‘happy’ customers, more products sold.

-          Expanded business

Customer service allows the company to reflect from the customers’ criticisms and gather new ideas to satisfy customers.

-          Long-term business

All companies wish that their business would run as long as possible. In fact, it is customers that keep the business running. Therefore, keep the customers coming to the company, attract more would be even better, and they will survive business ‘harsh’ competition and keep their business alive.
