For quite some time, I thought about purchasing older condominiums at lower prices, fixing them up on my own and then renting them out to tenants. I wanted the ability to make extra money while also offering people a nice place to live at affordable prices. After going through with it and purchasing two great places at a great price, I started out with the plan to do all of the renovation on my own. But recently, I found myself needing to find a company that could handle saw-cutting in Colorado because I ran into some work that I just could not tackle easily myself.
